when i started flirtin` with the hustle . . .
failure became my ex,
now i'm engaged to the game,
&& and married to success.
it's monday and i'm so damn happy i could scream.
first off,
CONGRATULATIONS to my younger sister, Niece for graduating high school this year!
class of 09`, it's about damn time!
too proud of her, going to CSUDH in the fall!
&& secondly, [not that it's any less important]
CONGRATULATIONS to my older sister ANG for her promotion!
she's now Operations Manager at the gym she works at.
i'm so happy for her!
&& if that wasn't great, i've been lookin` for a part time job so i'm just going to become her Front Desk Manager!
they already need 3 more people to work so i'm practically in their like swimwear!
it works out perfectly as pay back because i was the one who got her her job at the gym 2 years ago when i wasn't workin` there originally.
i'll be too hyped to put on that uniform soon since it will be now worn with authority.
lmao.
AND this nigga that i used to have the biggest crush on, is about to fuckin` work up there again TOO.
about to be a personal trainer and LORD KNOWS i need some personal training!
he's named after a particular island and i think i spoogle everytime i hear it.
i was quite upset that my sister left me clueless until i was about to leave!
i'm so about to get in that. lmfao.
2 years ago when i knew him, i was TOO young.

but now i'm hittin` 21 and it's PERFECT.
ugh, i can't wait!
i had such a bangin` weekend!
my friend and former co-worker Mariana turned 23 Thrusday so me and Bee went to Club Los Globos to dance with her. i was fuckin` it up in the Salsa as best i could!
it was cool, but i would had a better time i had been able to get some liquor in my system.
i was as sober as the day i was born.
my little bro had his kickback for this 20th at the house.
niggas got so fucked up, throwing up in our bathroom and DISAPPEARING!
like houdini or some shit.
saw some people i went to high school with.
caught up and mingled.
we left for After House at around 2:00am.
had a couple drinks and a couple blunts, regular shit.
i'm off Patron if i'm going to the club.
i had 2 shots and 2 cups with Cranberry Juice.
i had such a headache on Sunday, it didn't make no sense.
we didn't get in until 5:00am, partying HARD.
and actually found out one of the brother-in-law's homeboy's likes me.
and he ain't bad lookin` either.
so we'll see what works out. =))
Ang is suppose to be doing the swapping since he can't say anything to me EVEN THOUGH, he's seen me a couple times this month.
niggas.
BUT anyway, in other news!
i got my nails done finally, after 2 weeks of air.
i'm really lovin` them.
i'll be sad to see Jenny go BUT she's need to rest!
she's 7 months pregnant and still in the shop EVERY DAY!
i love her.
but that's enough for one day.
it's 11:08pm and i have $$$ to make in la manana.

happy sunday funday, bloggers!
i'm just chillin` right now, got up and went to a couple of car dealerships. yup, that's right ; i still haven't found a car yet. still on the grind every weekend and sometimes during the week. i'm growing really parshal to 2002 - 2004 Volkswagen Jettas, I'm not ballin` enough to get a brand new one.
last night, me and Bee went to see The Hangover.
hands down, the funniest movie of 2009. Zach Galifianakis who played Alan was HILARIOUS!i DEFINATELY recommend this movie to be seen in theatres!
we went to Nnerg's to stock up on pharmecuticals before we head to the bridge. we smoked it the shop and Nnerg showed us this really cute African cartoon called Kirikou. it was mad familar and once we started getting into it, i remembered watching it when i was little. he even gave me a copy to show Taliyah, even though i'm not sure about it since it got a whole bunch of naked women running around in it.
but here's a little snippet in French unfortunately, but you should still watch! it has subtitles!
that little nigga be GONE! with his little legs! so cute!
so on to my favorite subject, TWILIGHT! it's been a while since i've picked up a book and haven't been able to put it down. the saga is SO good! i've read 3 books in 2 weeks! i'm now on Breaking Dawn and my mouth is usually just HANGING OPEN thee entire time i'm reading. i'm actually itching to read RIGHT NOW. i'm obsessed with the love story of Edward and Bella. it's magical.
if you haven't seen the movie, you're NUTS! if you've seen the movie and have yet to read the books, you're 10x NUTS. i promise you, you will fall in love.
i finally went over to ashley's yesterday to see Alexa. funny thing is that we have made "amends" but i still can't bring myself to look her in her face, so i guess we can't really call each other friends yet. i extended an invitation for her to come with me and Bee but she declined and said she was going bowling. too bad, thinking about it now, it probably would have been nice to have her there. she turns 21 in July and wanted me to come to Vegas. had to say no. really, what's the point of going to Vegas if you're not 21? i can definately wait a couple more months because i know when WE go for MY birthday it's going to be the SHIIIIET! 63 days and counting!

me and the madre took the 30 minute trip up to Glendale to visit the Avenue of Cars on Brand Ave. we only wanted to go to the Hyundai dealer to check out some Elantras but it was in vain. We found some but the price just wasn't right and i'm started to get a little frustrated. i'm just waiting for the right car to come my way.
after we left the hyundai dealer, we stayed on Brand and went to lunch. we ended up at this authentic chinese restaurant, my favoriteeeee!
we both got lunch specials. i had the orange chicken.
and moms had the Schezuan Shrimp. both were reaaaaally tasty.
they also gave us this soup called "Egg Drop Soup" where it's like broth and they drop a raw egg in it and let the soup cook the egg. i wasn't fuckin` with it, it smelled disgusting.
around 8, Bee picked my non-car-havin` ass up and we took some movies to my sister's house, and got turnt. I was sippin` on Chardonnay and downing Incredible Hulks while watchin` Stepbrother, A Family That Preys and Eagle Eye. [ I love some Shia! ]
For once in months, I wasn't the one supplying the weed. My sister's boyfriend threw back a blunt and then my little sister and HIS friend threw back 3 blunts! These niggas are like 17! and had the nerve to bring some shake. Needless to say, I was too fucked up and feel asleep on the couch. Typical weekend.
i DESPERATELY need my hair and nails done, and i don't get paid until the week after this one so i'm kinda stuck! Pretty mad about that.
But anywayz, time to pay some bills sooooo until next time!

twilight / weekend wrap-up . . .
so i know i'm not the only person who has jumped on the Twilight band-wagon. Truth is, the stories are great and if you haven't got on, you really should. i have only read and saw the first installment of the sequels but i'm already in love with Edward and Bella's romance and i sometimes find myself wishing for a relationship like theirs. i downloaded all 4 books and probably will be starting New Moon later on tonight. i finished Twilight in 3 days but i think it was mostly because i saw the movie first and skipped a couple of pages. STILL a really good read. i recommend it to EVERYONE, young and old, male or female.

so i believe July 13th, i'm definately fuckin` with the I AM tour! Bee's 22nd birthday is on the 19th so we're gonna get dolled up and go along with her mom and my sister Jazz. Even better, I think it's on $25 with a can of coke which is an AMAZING price, considering I heard they were going for like $700 a pop!
So I'm super excited and I need to start looking for an outfit.

me being plus sized, I always get pissed going into Forever 21 when I find something bomb that I like but they never have my size. I'm sure alot of other thick women feel my pain.
